Can you say that 5 times fast? Well, unlike the complexity of that tongue twister, our 5-Step process is simple and thorough. This process allows TRMI representatives to maximize your rental returns while taking amazing care of the property.

Estate Agent

STEP ONE: HOME ASSESSMENT

TRMI assessor identifies anything needed to market the home. Our vendors are contacted for necessary repairs. The utilities and appliances are confirmed. A lockbox is placed.

Reviewing CV

STEP TWO: BID REVIEWS

TRMI representative requests work estimates from our vendors. Owner approves and funds estimates.

STEP THREE: BID REVIEWS

The designated vendor completes preparation work. TRMI representative does a reassessment for quality after the repairs are completed.

STEP FOUR: FINDING A TENANT

Marketing photos are taken, a listing is published of the rental property, tenant applications are reviewed, and a lease is signed. The owner will be updated every step of the way.

Unpacking Kitchen

STEP FIVE: MOVING IN A TENANT

The rental property is rekeyed and assessed for move in. All required rent and deposits are collected. The tenant is introduced to their TRMI concierge representative.
